Join me for this challenge.  It's called the "Fab Ab" Challenge.  I know we're already 2 days into February, but I think you could easily catch up.  Just split the days you missed into sessions throughout the day.  There is a group of us moms that have committed to doing it.

Three exercises, once a day.  If you can't do sit-ups, do crunches. 

Don't know what a plank is?  Check it out here.  I won't lie to ya...planks are hard.
