Today was my weigh-in day and I didn't lose a thing. On the plus side, I didn't gain anything either. Someone said to me today, "It's harder to maintain than it is to lose." I truly wanted the confetti to fly, trumpets to blare...the whole works. Ah, there is next week. I also had hoped to be at goal by the beginning of February and now, we are nearing the end. I guess it is better to lose at this pace than to rush things and be unhealthy, ya know?
It was a great day today. I took all 3 girls out for a walk. The air was crisp, but the sun was shining. We got a little vitamin D. My middle girlie only stopped to wait for me today, otherwise she road her 2-wheeler the entire way around. She also rode around in circles in the parking lot that's near us. She was going pretty fast in the parking lot. I was proud of her!
Not only did I get a walk in, I also took a
nap respite this afternoon. I've wanted to take a little time for that recently, but have felt like if I did, I wouldn't get anything done. I took a quick snooze and then got up, did my fab abs, my Slim in 6 *Ramp It Up* and the Slim & 6 pack. Tomorrow is my last work out day of the week. Wahoo! I've totally earned my rest day on Sunday.
It looks as though we're due some warmer weather coming up again, and I'm hoping to take full advantage of it this next week.
Keep working hard and keep moving!
It's true, it is 100 times harder to maintain then to lose.
ReplyDeleteGood luck getting to goal next week, those last few lbs always want to hang on.
Totally agree! I can always lose but its so hard for me to keep it off :(
ReplyDeleteThe weight will come off eventually. I went 4 weeks without loosing anything then 3 weeks ago only .4 then last week was .8 and this week 1.2. Continue to persevere, you will make it!
