Weight has always been an issue for me. I started this journey for the last time on October 1, 2010. I have been losing weight and gaining the strength to become someone I haven't seen in years.

It happened today!
I reached my 2nd milestone tonight on a simple 'stroll' after dinner.
I hit 200 miles on my 500 mile challenge!!
My next mini milestone will be half way done. I'm just 50 miles from that.
